The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for changing rooms, real service was punctual and very clean
Hidden charges especially Valet parking charges, wish there was free parking available especially when vacationing. Had to pay for coffee- should be free for people staying there. Lots of added charges.
Beach access was super easy, pool area w/hot tub was nice because let’s face it, sand can be a pain. Staff was nice. I know some other reviews complained about the valet parking fees, but very fast and efficient with the app.

I loved the convenient walk to the beach. The staff were amazing and were always there to get us whatever we needed. Very valuable price for all that you get!
This hotel does not looklike hotel on the outside. You walk in and its amazing. The keycard features made it alot safer for a female traveling alone.
Overall this hotel was better than expected, my only complaint was with room cleaning, me and my partner stayed 5 nights, and only recieved housecleaning the night before after being told it would come the 3rd night. Some of the pillows were stained and some of the furniture had some stains. Check out was fairly easy and they do allow early check in for $25 at 11am. I enjoyed the view from our room, great hotel!
This property is a block back from the beach. You do have to cross a highway. If you want beach chairs and umbrella you do have to go further down the beach. The ones in close proximity are for the condos
