Clean, spacious, curious staff, close to beach
The hotel is newer and has a nice, clean design. Rooms are large and the bathroom was well appointed. Staff is friendly.

Let first start with how wonderful and helpful the staff were right down to the end!!! I will say there was like 2 staff that weren't not to nice very rude but me and my family realized just to not deal with them. Our room was very cozy and very clean we loved that a lot! The pool was very clean as well as the lobby!!! We also loved that the beach was right there. The parking was not the greatest but we dealt with it.... Clean room Staff was ok Balcony not worth extra

Our bed sheets hadn’t been changed and don’t notice till the next morning. My wife asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets still weren’t changed. So she asked for new sheets and she would change. She took fitted sheet off and mattress topper was stained and couldn’t tell if it was clean and was covered in hair on the bottom side and dirt under it. Instead of giving us the stuff to change the bedding. They moved us to a different room two floors down. It’s $39 a day for parking which is pointless since the parking garage ... read more
