Room was nice enough. We booked pretty last minute just a few days before, for $450 I would not say this hotel was great. Pool was largely out of the sun except for peak day, otherwise in the shadows most of the day. Thankfully beach was close by. Not allowed to bring food/drink to the pool, nor was there any food offerings from the hotel at the pool. Didn't see a single person eating at their restaurant aside from breakfast. Excellent Customer Service everything‘s nice definitely will stay there again.
Everything was perfect!! Beautiful hotel and environment around the hotel,clean establishment, very close to beach access, from our balcony and bed we had an excellent view of the body of water where boats travel behind the hotel . Top notch!!

The room was in great condition and the staff seemed well. They sent text messages checking on you and responded very fast on everything. However, they never executed on none of the requests. My shower was very cold and my room never got cleaned. Never got towels or wash cloths. I had to go to the front desk to get them, even though I requested room service and towels. I loved the hotel though, but that was my only issue.

The shower water never got hot, just like warm. The room was pretty & clean. Hot tub was crystal clean but also didn’t get very hot.

Room was perfect, only thing that would be missing would be a chair. Couch is ok but a chair would be nice.
