Staff help was outstanding and so were the weight room, pool and hot tub!!
Room was nice and clean. Water pressure in shower was poor but that is not uncommon in hotels. Shower temp could have been warmer. Staff was nice. Valet parking- valets were nice but that was a separate charge. It was per day and yes I did know about it. Not right on the beach but a short walk to the beach. Overall nice hotel and would probably stay here again.
Front desk staff were super friendly, rooms were spacious and decorated so nice. Clean facility and rooms. Everything you needed. Beds were comfy and pillows too!

The stay was good but we were disappointed that we had to pay so much to park, and we didn’t know we were going to be charged. We didn’t see it in the on line info. It was really expensive.
The balcony view was amazing and Carlos and Sade made the entire experience amazing with their customer service
Carlos, Sade and Natasha were amazing and I would definitely stay here again
room was very clean and always have GREAT customer service when I come to Ft Lauderdale ALWAYS STAY HERE!!!
