Guest services staff were the best. I would personally like to thank Natasha, Jeff, Hector, and Kroger. They made my boyfriend’s 50th birthday truly memorable. Only complaint was housekeeping staff not coming when requested, but fresh towels were always available when needed.

Customer service is 100% this hotel has no pool but it is quiet near the beach and walking distance from other great entertainment
