When I commented the sauce brought out with the artichoke hearts wasn't what the menu stated, I was told that the chef was out because of surgery. "Oh is that what you wanted?" Duhhhhh....... Goodness
Food was good, service good, pricey but hey it's the beach. However, Real Italian Restaurants serve bread always, please don't make your customers request it. Also, Cannolis normally come for two people for around $4 or $5 dollars, but $4 for one is ridiculous. Serve Cappuccino with the option of powdered coco sprinkled on top. These suggestions are given because I lived in Italy and Sicily, normal practice over there.
Food was excellent. Waitstaff attentive. Manager Julian was rude and off putting, hateful and snotty. We arrived 20 min before closing and Julian stated in no uncertain terms they close in 20 minutes. The bright lights came on at 905. Patrons at the next table were treated just as badly by Julian. He needs to find a new line of work before he kills a wonderful restaurant.
The food was good but very expensive. Had to pay for a salad, no bread with the meal unless you pay for it. $3.00 for a soft drink. Our waiter was excellent. $25 a person not worth it!
Terrible. I won't ever go again. Found a green bean in my tomato basil. Never saw our waiter til the very end of our meal.
