My food was cold when it was finally brought to me, and I had ordered the seafood pasta. Wait service was extremely slow from getting my food order to refilling my drinks. This was my first visit here and I won’t be back

This was our first time here. Service was great! However the food was just average. We had the spinach and bacon tortellini and the sauce was so runny that it was almost soup. We could have used a spoon to eat it. Or it could have at least come with bread to soak up some of the sauce. I was not impressed. Not worth the $$
The food was great off the buffet but I wasn't really impressed with the pizza, it was mediocre and reminded me of chuckie cheese pizza. The waitress we had was great she was very informative of the rewards program
The food was very good. Service was inadequate. Fortunately another server with other tables "Kelly" was gracious enough and professional enough to get us more drinks and bread. I decided to tip but spoke to the manager on duty - Caroline - and stipulated half my tip goes to Miss Kelly. Thanks again Kelly.
Service was bad. Party of four and all of us ordered wine. 3 glasses came out and when asked about mine, oh you ordered wine? When ordering, we all asked for a salad. After a long wait, our main course shows up, but no salad. When asked about our salads, given a "doh" answer. Told her to just skip the salads. Asked about bread, several times, about 3/4 way thru the meal, the bread shows up. As for the food, not at all tasty. Maybe the service soured us on the food. Will not be back.
Well normally when you go to restaurant the waiter(tress) will check on you more than three times total. Meanwhile the drink I ordered was nasty which would've been okay had I had the chance to get a new one. But I was never waited on after.
Way over priced. I can get better pizza at Dominos for less than half of what it costs at this place. We had 1 thin pepperoni 1 salad 2 kids meals and order of fried cheese 2 teas and 3 desserts and the bill was almost $100.00 And the waiter only came around once to refill the tea. AND he threw away our $8.00 kid lasagna after we asked for a box to take it home in.
