I hope today was an off day. We tried your gumbo today for the first time and was very very disappointed . We had a table of 7 the appetizers came fairly quickly and from what I understand delish. We however waited over an hour for our gumbo that was lukewarm at best and was served with undercooked rice that gave an unwanted crunch to your gumbo. Terrible experience...food...party of 7 & none of us got our food together. It was stretched of 15 mins. Po Boy barely had any meat, fries were soggy. Kids fried shrimp had 5 lil shrimp on a bowl full of soggy fries. Very disappointing!!! $90 wasted!!
