Our food was horrible. I got gumbo that had no flavor and my partner got coconut shrimp that was so sweet that you couldn't even taste the shrimp and our fries were soggy. Such a disappointment.
We had planned on eating at this restaurant and were very excited about it. We put our name on the list and were told it was a 50 minute wait. We took a walk and retuned 25-30 minutes later and we lost our place in line and were told too bad! WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We ordered appetizers and it didn’t come out until after we received our dinner, had to ask for it several times. The waitress messed up our check took it back to fix it, brought it back and it was still wrong. The food was really good though.

The service was outstanding. The calimari was delicious. The seafood gumbo not so much. The rue was overdone and did not have allot of flavor. I was disappointed. I expected a really good gumbo. The seafood seems to be fresh and the garlic bread helped.
Service was great! Food took forever for the food. Prime Rib Gumbo super salty and crawfish etoufée crayfish rubbery because over cooked. They still made us happy!
Well first I read the reviews and the lies u tell I drove from Houston and I was highly disappointed. The food was ok the gumbo not my cup of tea. The service was horrible Laura W. was our waitress she was the worst. She did talking to the other employees. The topper was I asked her for some lemon and she brought me 2 in a napkin. I was done she lost me right there. I wasnt petty I still left her a good tip but she needs to be retrained. Dont think I will return.
Our first time ever at this place and will never visit again! They treated us as though we were never there! We waited and finally realized we were not welcomed! Don't know what the food is like but the service sucks!
