The room was in great condition and the staff seemed well. They sent text messages checking on you and responded very fast on everything. However, they never executed on none of the requests. My shower was very cold and my room never got cleaned. Never got towels or wash cloths. I had to go to the front desk to get them, even though I requested room service and towels. I loved the hotel though, but that was my only issue.

The shower water never got hot, just like warm. The room was pretty & clean. Hot tub was crystal clean but also didn’t get very hot.

Room was perfect, only thing that would be missing would be a chair. Couch is ok but a chair would be nice.

Room spotless.Pool and Spa were clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was there were two couples that arrived at the bar fully intoxicated. They sat down next to us and ordered drinks and started to get out of control and loud and obnoxious and ruined my dinner experience and continually bothered me while I was on a call. Isnt it against the law to serve patrons that obviously intoxicated???

Nicely updated hotel- huge rooms, even tho oddly configured. Our room had a fridge & Kuerig coffee machine. Close to the beach, had a lovely pool/whirlpool & exercise area. We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship & they allowed early check in - 5 hrs early for a $25 charge. So worth it! Very nice surrounding area & about a 20 min walk to a grocery store. Would stay here again if cruising out of Port Lauderdale- was about a 15 min rideshare away.
