The gym/workout area has a wood floor. Mr and Mrs fitness were in there at 5:30AM which I think is great. Unfortunately dropping the weights on the hard wood floor sounded like a friggin bowling alley. Terrible way to wake up!!!
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we stored our stuff and walked around. All was fine with that We went back and our friends room was ready for $25 US an hour early which we weren’t told until he was checked in An hour later our room was ready Maybe housekeeping should have taken another look around There were socks and some trash on one side of the bed which our 2 year old handed us I went to take a shower later that evening and the hand towel in the shower had someone else’s mascara on it and the shower was filled w... read more
Overcharged They charged x2 for parking and for parking
Never again. It was alright considering the fact that they canceled our room because they said we never contacted them about coming even though we reserved months in advance. Not sure why they wouldn’t call me if they had concerns. Also Valet is absolutely ridiculous. They have zero parking but still want you to pay $40 a day for some dip to drive your car into a spot 20 feet away from where you’re standing. Watched the dude almost hit my suv driving another car because he didn’t know stick shift. Would never stay here again... read more
