Horrible, 45 min wait and they forget that we even ordered. First and last time ever going there.

Pricey. Not worth the money. Burgers were bad & had to be sent back. Replacements were served cold on cold buns. Service left a lot to be desired. Beer was over priced. Waitress never checked on us or asked about refills. The only good thing was the fries. Horrible ambience considering the prices.

So I arrived at BRGR STOP this past weekend on Sunday afternoon around 12:30PM. I was accompanied by my wife and our 2 small children. Our son is 2 1/2 years old and our daughter just turned 1. We came with high expectations because I have been hearing from a friend how good the food was and I also had seen the unique menu items that had us excited as well. We have been here several times in the past, the food has always been excellent, however I feel the need to comment about the horrible service. The last few times we have been here, we thought it was slow because it was busy. My most recent experience on Wednesday, however, revealed that this is not the case. There were maybe 4 other people (2 other tables of 2), one of them already was served at the time we were there. One of us asked about the beer that they have. Service could see directly into the kitchen where they were busy having fun instead of filling the 3 orders that were in there.

Way overrated way overpriced no strawberry milkshake recipe waitress was not on a try to overcharge us for shake when we had a coupon had to send a food back to different times ordered a bacon cheeseburger came with no bacon the wife ordered a cheeseburger came with no cheese then went to burger came back out the manager came over and told us we order our hamburger wrong no disrespect but I have an order and hamburgers for almost 30 years I know how to order a hamburger

Medium well does not mean let the burger catch on fire! Outside was charred BLACK and tasted like I was eating the grill itself. Fries were "seasoned" with pepper...GROSS!
