was excited to go with my wife and son. Heard great things. friendly server. got the pulled pork potato skins. very good . son got Vampire Burger that had garlic aioli garlic sauce garlic on burger. good not great. wife got the same with same reaction. Absolutely disappointed with this place, the service is terrible. Ordered a Nuttin but Truffle burger to go, they sent home a completely different burger. Also ordered a side of candied bacon and sweet potato fries. Went all the way back up there, came home, there was no bacon on the burger and regular fries. Called back up there and was offered nothing to make this right. I was really excited about this place too. Go get a fast food burger instead and save yourself the headache. Seems they don’t know the menu themselves.
Bartenders pay you no attention. Won’t even make eye contact until you’re practically begging for service. Waited for an hour after I ordered food to be told it was going to be 30 minutes more. Canceled the order and wasted my time. Will not recommend or go back.
Burger was excellent. Fries for 3 of 4 of us were stone cold and rubbery. Told the waitress twice, was told she would take care of it. She did NOT. Very disappointed. Will think twice about going back.
A friend had told me about this place so we decided to try it last night. We got there about 6:30pm. At first all was great had the fried peanutbutter balls which were amazing and placed our order. About 15 minutes later our waitress comes by to refill our drinks and tells us that our food would be out in just a minute, well over 20 minutes later we get our food at about 7:30pm. We had very poor service, actually no real service. Our waitress Emily came to take our order and then didn’t come back until we asked other people to get her so we could pay our check. She walked past us numerous times but never close to us and never to see if we were ok. I told her at the start we had a groupon so maybe she felt we weren’t worth her time after that. It was our first time there and it will be our last. We were hoping we might find a good burger place close to home, but looks like we need to keep looking.
