i spent almost $20 for burger and it was plain. Paid for candied bacon, grilled onions was not cooked all the way. My burger looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed.

I went with my son yesterday and it was the worse experience ever. The employees were arguing in the kitchen and screaming bad words not caring that everyone can hear them. We hear them say that they had issues with the kitchen and they couldn’t make any more food. We left after 45 minutes waiting on them. It was so bad than even our waitress and other employees were laughing about all the arguments coming from the kitchen. Worse place to go. We”ll never go back.

Beware of the mask nazis here. The server wanted my 5 year old to out a mask on after we sat at the table. Absolutely no one in this establishment was wearing a mask. The server was even using the F word in front of my child as we were leaving. I will never eat at this place again nor will I recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed as usual with the service.

unless you plan on spending all night then yes I recommend the manager said it takes 18mins to make the steak with infuse duck ok fine but I waited 27 min then 45 min I realize we still waiting 50mins they bring a plate for my man while I sit n watch him eat a cold steak n cheese that he wanted to share 1hr later I got a plate the manager also said she never in her life comp a whole ticket $21 n some change was not worth the wait I'm sick n ready to go home that was 1 steak n cheese some fries n a coke I will be back hopefu... read more

My fiance Jermaine and I decided to go to Burger stop because he really a Burger guy this was my first time eating here never had ate here before and I was coming from Orlando.when we got there was a crowd but I didn't mind the crowd. we waited 45 minutes for the burgers to arrive only to come out cold the fries didn't come with it we had to wait for those so we decided just to pay for the milkshake and leave this was my first time trying this restaurant and this will be my last time going to the restaurant.
