RecommendedGumbo Diner is one of our favorite places in Galveston!! The chicken and waffles are the best!!! Also you have to get the beignets...YUM!!! Ask for Patty-she is great!!!
Great place to eat! Chicken and Waffles were awesome and I finally got to try benes (sp? wrong I'm sure). Husband had fried shrimp and said it was really good as well. I can also tell you they make sure to clean EVERYTHING.
This is the best gumbo ever. I will definitely make this my come to Galveston stop.
DELICIOUS!!!!! The Shrimp are Huge and sweet! The Gumbo is enough to eat there and take some home! The service was pleasant! Cant wait to go back!
