RecommendedWhen we travel to Galveston the Gumbo Diner is always on our list of places to eat. We are working our way through the menu. (lol) My husband loves the chicken & waffles, my fav has been the shrimp poboy. The grilled oysters on the half are so delicious. We've also had the jalapeño stuffed balls simply amazing. RecommendedI had the chicken and waffles . My first time ever trying them, was absolutely delicious. It was so quiet our server also made sure our cups were never empty for long . Would most definitely bring friends and family back here to eat .
