Convenient & clean hotel Stayed there for a baby shower & was very close to my son & daughter- in laws house. The room was clean & roomy. The staff was very friendly & they were so nice to my dog! They also have an amazing buffet breakfast which was great. They had plenty of food to choose from!

Fabulous Bronx Hotel Late arrival as I was greeted with a very professional and attentive staff after a long day of travel. Spacious suites, very clean, modern, quiet, safe and a fantastic staff!!

Great place but skip Applebee's room service I would have given all top reviews but we have a bad experience with the Applebee's room service. They are the only choice to order food for room service and they told us we had to come down to the lobby to order and then go back to the lobby to pay and pickup. We complained to the front desk and they took care of it but it was an uncomfortable experience. When we got the food it was cold. We would stay again because everything else was great.

great hotel...terrible room service. Beautiful room and building. Staff was helpful and polite. Applebees, who provides room service for guests, were rude and not very helpful. Food was sub-par.
