Rude lady, Great hotel. The hotel was wonderful and the workers in the front very friendly except one, a Hispanic lady (didn't catch her name) that was so rude when we asked for a key. She was on her phone texting and acted as we interrupted her by asking her for a key. She gave us this dirty look and proceeded to snicker at us like we did something wrong. Othe than that the hotel was great, the room super clean, and everyone else very friendly.

Pros: The hotel is only a few years old, it's modern, clean, nicely decorated and has free parking. Cons: the walls are very thin I could hear conversations in the hallway and from the room next door. The clean staff does not speak English well and it took a while for them to understand I wanted dish liquid to handwash a cup--they only had tabs for the dishwasher and told me to put that single glass in there to be washed which seemed like a waste but I did it.
