Downhill after downgrade I stayed at this hotel from Aug 7-9 for my boyfriend's birthday. We are both essential workers and don't spend tons of time together. I arrived at 330pm as check in is at 3pm. I was informed upon my arrival that the room I booked, 1 bedroom suite, was sold out and they downgraded me. I was furious. I would have appreciated a heads up in advance. They give me the keys to my downgraded studio and when I open the door, the room was tiny.
