The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. But Joe at the front desk was wonderful in finding us a cab to get to Manhattan . Had it not been for him we would have missed our train. And all others at front desk and bar were very nice. Would stay here again. And please tell Joe the 3 women he helped thank him very much.

This Residence Inn Bronx is a great location it was close to the subway and a groceries store which is convenient. I went out to the subway late at night (2 am) and didn't see any suspicious people that would make me fearful. I would definitely come back to this location. The staff was great and very helpful.

Beautiful The hotel was amazing but the price was a bit higher than expected. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. The hotel is close to the Bronx Zoo, Yankee Stadium and other attractions. I will definitely come back there
