The screeching chairs. I stayed for 10 days. Everything was excellent except for the stools in my room. Don't get me wrong, they are nice, but not neighborly. My neighbor next door pulled the chair in and out all night long for 5 nights. The screeching sound kept me awake until they checked out. My suggestion would to augment the chairs with rubber soles so there is noise reduction.
