Fast and friendly check in and check out Room was large Good bed Around the hotel is not a good area Breakfast was terrible (almost no food) Overall a good place to sleep :)

I liked my room, spacious bathroom, dressing area and kitchen and work desk and sofa/TV. So it had everything one can need.

Terrific Hotel in the Bronx, NY We had a great stay from start to finish at the Residence Inn. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was terrific - very clean and spacious for a NYC hotel room. We needed a few extra things for the room, and they were sent up very quickly. The breakfast had great hours, lots of seating, and great food - hot and cold. Everything was kept refilled. There was parking on-site right outside the hotel. The hotel was in a great area.
