Very clean hotel. If you are looking for a beautiful family hotel in NY. This is the best hotel to book.
Check In time at 3 is a little late in my opinion especially when check out is at 12. Not saying that they will have every single room ready at 12 but some rooms should be open before then. Wasn’t aware of the $40 incidentals fee until check in. Other than that I enjoyed my stay , breakfast was great, staff was great. Will book again soon.
Great Stay Staff and hotel was great definitely will stay again.
