The smell, I think if I wanted to sleep in an ashtray it would be perfect. I get they are improving with renovations and construction but the places smell was horrible. The lobby smelled dingy, like the basement of an old house with water damage and the room, that had already been renovated smelled like a damp ashtray. Not sure how Hilton considered the property to be 3.5 stars, I've stayed at tons of Hilton properties and I can tell this place wasn't to Hilton standards. Unfortunately parts were under renovation drinking wine out of plastic cups is not what I expected. Hotel room was beautiful, bed was very, very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small in relation to the suite....would have been nice to have a spa bath....

While my girlfriend and I where staying overnight after a company holiday party the experience was very pleasant and the room/amenities where as expected, maybe even a little more than expected. The only negative thing I would have to say is about the breakfast. My girlfriend and I saw the breakfast and where amazed at how much selection was there in comparison to other hotels. I'm sorry to say but your staff Lakira and Shardae are a bit disappointing and not very responsive. It doesn't give me a good impression of your hotel and wanting much to do with it
