Another few days away at the Hilton Christiana which has become our home away from home! From the wonderful staff, especially Cassandra, Emily and Nicki, to the very quiet night's sleep we always have when we are here, it's a short enough ride from DC but far enough to feel like you're away from things. Time to relax again!

Terrible hotel. Smoke filled loud rooms with no wifi. Incompetent management. Try another one nearby.

Poor room service process. Clearly meant to make you work hard to get room service. And this too for elite members. Cost cutting at its peak. Just like what happened at gas stations. Clean your own windshields and pump your own gas while paying too Dollars

Friendly from the start. Hair in the bathroom. Then too slow to take orders in the restaurant. Most of the party was helped then one table was ignored. they were then too late to order off the full menu, They had tried to get attention of workers. We also felt ignored in the restaurant but atleast we received our food. Chicken fingers had a bone in them ehh whatever thats possible. Honestly if I could do it all over again, I'd absolutely change the venue. Although newly redone and conveniently located, the staff was unpleasant, below average, and very absent. My parents and myself always felt I was walking on egg shells to what we could or couldn't do for the big day. I felt that everything was poorly organize (which it even was day of as evidence by people not from the wedding coming to the bar to get drinks), and the the bride/bride's family had to do everything for themselves. I love that The Hilton has music out on patio but this season they changed the menu. While I understand they are trying to be more local the cost has gone up significantly and the menu leaves a lot to be desired. The hummus appetizer was pretty lame, the burger was very good but was $15! The potato chips used to be free and were fabulous are not there anymore. I will certainly continue to go for the music but will be eating dinner at home first. Plus bring back the roast beef sandwich that was the best thing on menu..
