Front desk staff was great. Once we got into our room someone used a key and walked in with drinks.. they did not work there. The staff immediately gave us a change of keys. The bed sheets were pretty gross& full of hair. Breakfast was good but the staff was passive aggressively fighting over tables and it was awkward. I came for a weekend girls trip & had the best time despite the weirdness at the hotel. The beach is close & everything else is a short Uber ride.

I did like that toiletries are included…we always carry on and buy shampoo etc at the drugstore….in this case we didn’t have to. We asked for an early check in. I know it’s not guaranteed but the best they were able to accommodate was 330pm. Asked the cleaning lady for extra towels and she was not able to provide them to me. She told me to call down and ask for them and someone would bring them to me. If it’s not my job I’m not doing it mentality.
