Nice looking property from the outside, crisp looking interior and spacious rooms all a plus. But there were stains on the curtains, the surfaces felt a little and in the bathroom there was a half-empty bottle of facial cleanser on the sink when I arrived. Shower was okay but low pressure. And exhaust fan very noisy and could not be turned off - loud all night long. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable and linens very thin and rough. Modern design with tons of outlets in the room. Great location, walkable to the beach. Lacking a safe in the room and decent sized pool towels

The hotel was very new and clean. Early check-in was requested, staff told me it wasn’t available. Regular check in was at 4pm, our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. When I continued to ask when the room would be ready, they kept pushing the time back. Valet parking was great, but $40 a night adds up and there is nowhere else to park. The area is conveniently located by the beach and good clubs are located 15 minutes away. It is also very quiet and the beds/rooms were great.

It was a nice location with access to the beach across the street. They also had bikes you could rent and access to the busline. It is an uber ride away from Fort Lauderdale by the Sea and also Los Alos Blvd where all the excitement is for spring break. Showers could have been a little cleaner, but everyone was nice. The food at the restaurant was very good.
