Lovely hotel in a perfect location. We could have used a couple of chairs and a small table. We had to eat our breakfast sitting on our beds. It was not a big deal, but if there is anything that could be improved, it would be that. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all super nice and helpful. The room was very nice and the location was perfect. The breakfast galley was a nice touch and very convenient.

A nice clean establishment, with lovely staff. It was just a room. Not an expetience. For the money, it was a spartan, clean room in a nice facility with accommodating staff. The rooms needed a few luxurious touches, artwork, etc. The view of a parking lot was not ideal. Location in town was very good, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lacking views of waterfront. Roof deck was nice but again you could not see the view when seated.

Exceptional We had an unforeseen event with our initial stay, and ended up at the Menhaden hotel. We couldn't have chosen better. The staff are super friendly, took good care of us and dealt with a late night party room next door, and made sure that the rest of our stay went smooth. Special shout out to Mario. Great meeting and elevating our stay, making a bit more special.

Great location, great service, and great people. 10/10 would come again. Our room faced one of the main streets in Greenport, so sometimes we would get some siren noises and cars which could be loud. The homemade batch of cookies served in the evenings were too good, very addictive so beware. From the self service breakfast and tea time in the evenings, the kitchenette was amazing. We were very warmly welcomed and attended to. The attention to detail was extraordinary and the little extras, like interesting snacks, showed a real caring for the guests.
