This little diner on Seawall Boulevard should be featured on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. Prices are not cheap, but quality and quantity are generous. Tricky parking...go around and park in back. Locals support this business which always is a good sign. Give it a try!
OMG the shrimp and grits were amazing! My wife ordered the small gumbo and it was huge (can’t imagine what the large looked like). The atmosphere is really laid back and feels local even though it’s on Seawall. They serve lots of the classics - big breakfasts, chicken and waffles, po boys, etc. the staff also seemed very friendly.
