Spacious accommodations for a family of five. However the smell and overall cleanliness was off-putting to say the least. Staff was far from accommodating.

i stayed at the Residence Inn for an event at a nearby catering hall. the hotel itself is quite nice, especially for NY standards. the free breakfast in the morning was good, but as another client mentioned, Sunday morning breakfast shouldn't be ending at 10- i'm usually an early riser but as a result of my event the night before, we barely made it in time to grab the last piece of bacon at 9:30 am. in terms of the room itself, the bathroom and changing area were very spacious, as was the room overall. however, the layout ma... read more
