it took over an hour to receive entree food was very Bland service was not good at all
ordered food over an ago. the delivery guy came to my building and never delivered my food. he finally comes back to deliver me a cold steak panini. call to complain bc who likes cold steak. the responses "we re really busy. I'll send another one within an hour" sorry, the food is good sometimes but delivering cold food and making someone wait hours to eat it is not. decent food. poor customer service. hope they get it together.
The service is always slow and not especially attentive. It’s as if it’s a bother for them to work. Most times the food is good and I love the Italian nachos. I was there in September with my mom for lunch and I think that will be our last time. Bad service - again and this time it was by one of the owners who argued with me when I told him that there was vinaigrette and not Caesar dressing on my Caesar ( they call it Romano) salad.
$32 and 2 hours later we finally have our food. No apology, no compensation for our wait, and no way in hell I'll ever order from here again.
I waited an hour for a pizza to be delivered and it was ice cold. I live a block away! Get it together!
