RecommendedFirst the food. I am a vegetarian and usually keep Mexican food as a go to because I can eat and not be hungry. Mr. Cactus was amazing. I got the vegetarian dinner F with a mushroom burrito with veggies, chalupa, and spinach with veggies quesadilla. I was floored by how many veggies were in each item and also the amount of flavor. I eat at Mexican restaurants across the US and this was by far the best one I have found. I hope to be in town again soon so I can enjoy another option from their vegetarian menu.
