RecommendedThe staff and hotel were great, especially our server, Craig, during our business dinner. Everyone was wonderful and made our business stay a pleasure. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice location, too.
Poor room service process. Clearly meant to make you work hard to get room service. And this too for elite members. Cost cutting at its peak. Just like what happened at gas stations. Clean your own windshields and pump your own gas while paying too Dollars

RecommendedFriendly from the start. Hair in the bathroom. Then too slow to take orders in the restaurant. Most of the party was helped then one table was ignored. they were then too late to order off the full menu, They had tried to get attention of workers. We also felt ignored in the restaurant but atleast we received our food. Chicken fingers had a bone in them ehh whatever thats possible. RecommendedMy favorite place to stay in Delaware when I'm here on business -- which is about twice a month for a few days. Front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Tuesday and Thursday evenings on the patio with live music is always a welcomed break too. Also love that I can bring my best friend along -- my Tibetan Terrier! With that all said, it could use a few EV chargers.
