Clean, brand new and next to the beach. Girls at front desk are very nice, bar tender Amber was extremely helpful with giving me directions of the neighborhood, and I enjoyed my short stay.

I feel like the property is under new management. I stayed here twice in Summer 2022 with no issues. However, I just stayed here again last week and had several complaints. First, our room smelled like marijuana. We complained to the front desk. They weren't overly concerned and they offered to change our room to one floor up or down (same side of building - i.e., 307 to 207 or 407). We declined as we have kids and a lot of stuff. Nice clean modern property. The only disappointment was lack of decaf coffee either in room or in the bar.

The rooms that say ocean view really are deceiving. The ocean is two blocks from hotel but still close. So don't pay for ocean view. Also the air conditioner in room would shut off and on making it very muggy.

Clean, modern but no view of the ocean The hotel was very clean and modern. The valet parking was exceptional. Like all Ft. Lauderdale hotels it was pricey. I paid for an ocean view and only got a view of the building across A1A. Shower had very low water pressure.

I liked the location of the hotel. The hotel is between, yet far, from the tourist areas. The beach across the street is in walking distance and very quiet.
