Good location with okay service The property is in a really nice and convenient location for all Ft. Lauderdale beach has to offer. Our shower had very little pressure and the toilet seat was broken and did not go up and down. You had to request the room to be serviced which would sometimes happen and sometimes not. I also had multiple service people walk into our room unannounced without knocking surprising us. When I booked I booked a room that had ocean dry balcony.....Didn't receive that at all. I told them at the front desk and they said that must be an old website so you should probably update it. I was also told there was shops right around the building and there was a two and a half mile walk to get to any shops.

Convenient to get to the beach. $39 a day for parking is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.

Parking fee was excessive. Manager indicated on arrival chairs available for beach were complementary but were informed by staff there was a fee associated when we went to pick up. Lack of staffing in and around hotel.
