Front desk staff was outstanding! They helped us with recommendations for quick shopping, great dinner and lunch suggestions, easy to talk to. The room was very clean and when we requested extra pillows they were brought up quickly. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious, the only thing I didn't like was the bartender was also our waitress so the young lady was running around trying to serve customers at the bar as well as tables. Transit for us ahead of cruise so a quick visit. We have stayed here before but have to say the staff were not as friendly nor accommodating. No assistance offered with bags (they used to do this) which was surprising.
