Underwhelming The hotel in general was mediocre. The stay was very underwhelming. Some staff were great and others were very rude. Our room was clean for the most part, we asked for towels which never came, and they charge for every little thing. Over promised and under delivered.

It was a good hotel. It was quiet during the night. The only things that I was not happy about the hotel was the free breakfast meal for two people. We were four of us, two eat a free breakfast and the other two has to pay for their breakfast. Also, I was not happy that the hotel does not have a session in the beach with their own beach chair and umbrella. We had to pay $100 for rental beach chairs from another company in the beach.
