Beautiful property with a great rooftop experience. Staff (Mo, Monique, Jared) were very friendly and amazingly helpful. Would definitely recommend.
The only thing That I didn’t like it was the price of the parking in lot.
The hotel is great, clean and comfortable. The staff was great and helpful. Valet parking was $40.00 a day which was pricey. Great experience over all.
I liked my stay Place was well kept and friendly staff. Everything thing I saw online was the same in person. Can’t complain about anything
The rooms were so nice! I loved that the mirror was bluetooth! The bar food was great and their snacks were affordable. Great staff and the beach was 2 minutes away
Lovely hotel, very close to beach but not directly on beach. Rooms are simple, clean. Small hanging closet but not enough drawers. Coffe maker( keurig ) is great, wish there was proper creamers and sweeteners . Towels for pool not available at check in…hot tub had great gets but water was cold. Pool deck quite slick when wet, but a very pretty area to enjoy shade and sun. Biggest issue is parking daily $40. Valet parking is the only option at this hotel which would have fine in the process to drop off and pick up your car went smoothly. Completely disorganized and short staffed that led to lines of 5 or more people waiting to drop off or pick up your car. Valet was often short. I would assume that is because they were discourage by the their ability to provide efficient service to the guests. Room was not clean. Ball of hair by nightstand. Crumbs on floor by sofa. The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel staff were phenomenal. The bar and restaurant were good as well. If I had a draw back it would be location yes it’s a 5 min walk to the beach but the closest restaurants, shops, grocery, drug store were 1.6 mikes away. Not really walking distance in the heat. If you have a car then I would highly recommend this hotel
