Front desk staff is rude and seems bothered/annoyed when someone asks a question. Overall poor experience. First and last time staying here.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, the concierge took $100 from my card as a holding deposit in case we used any hotel services. This is standard practice apparently. We did not use any hotel services and I even have the bill stating a $0 bill at the end of our stay and I am still waiting for over 2 weeks for them to give me the money back!! Utterly disgraceful and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Charged me for smoking 4 days after I checked out AFTER they had already refunded incidentals hold and I’ve never smoked in my life..rip innocent ppl off for $250. Terrible management, to deal with and I’ve now had to hire a lawyer because their timeline doesn’t add up and I have all the proof in the world. On top of that, they said it was marijuana. A lovely hotel, with the T right across the street. Very helpful staff. Comfortable beds. However, there are several "kinks" that need to be ironed out. We arrived late Saturday night and were assigned to room 423. Imagine our surprise when we discovered the sliding bathroom door was missing. I called the front desk and they were immediately apologetic and changed our room. We checked out Monday, but came back today for just one night.
