Burger was cold and tots were hot. Flavor was mediocre at best. Don’t care for a burger that my bun, patty and bacon are cold. Left half my burger on the table. Would recommend a Chillis burger over this. At least it comes warm. And no question after I left it and said it wasn’t good just removed from the table. Pretzel was amazing and wife’s pb and j was as well. Beer selection is awesome but wouldn’t come back.

My first trip is my last. The place was not very busy but refused to make me a shake and never told me until the check came. The food took a long times and was ok. They made an employee a shake after turning me down. I went to Burger Fi after and they were happy to make me a Red Velvet Shake. I give Brgr Stop 0 stars out of 5. See pic with no shake, no more visits for me, 5 Guys or Burgers & Shakes much better!

Wait staff does not pay attention to you. One time they forgot our drinks completely and we had to keep eating so our burger did not get cold with no drinks and watched the waitress just talk to her friends. 2nd attempt we waited for over 15 minutes and it was not busy, we tried to get the waitress attention and still no menus or asked us what we wanted. As we walked out she serviced customer coming in and ignored us completely even after telling her we did not get menus or anything.
