Here to celebrate my Valentine Birthday with a quick get away. Pleasant, friendly front desk staff who got me checked in quickly once the pre Valentines day crowd moved through. Where to park is confusing when you pull up, so I quickly sped over to the public parking lot across the street (cost me $28). The next day, I "ordered" parking at "ipark.org" and paid $20. This is definitely about to be my favorite hotel downtown. My birthday was this past Sunday. And I needed to find something close to my job. Definitely good location, I stayed here before and the room I was given wasn’t so great. But my second time staying here was wonderful room and the service of the front desk was perfect and professional. I’ll definitely BE BACK!

Everything was nice and clean I only stayed for one night after I got my $150 hold 3 days later Sonesta hotel tried to charge my card over 6 times mind you I paid for my room on Priceline paying around $100-$120 in total. Once I got to the hotel to check in I had to put a card on file with a $150 hold, no problem. Stayed on a Friday check out Saturday morning got my refund Sunday morning by Wednesday the hotel tried 3 times charging my card $250 $150 then $100 I reported it to my bank. Upon arrival, we needed to double park because there was no parking available near the hotel. We were planning to do valet, but they were nowhere to be found. Waited in line for about 10 minutes to be checked in. Valet was back by then but was so backed up that our car was still double parked when we came down from our room later. The TV in our room wasn't connecting to any streaming services and regular channels were glitchy. Hotel couldn't fix it because maintenance had left for the day. Excellent location! Just a block from the CFG Arena makes this hotel a great choice for concertgoers. From here it’s also an easy walk to Inner Harbor attractions like Nat’l Aquarium and Little Italy. Tell Tale Restaurant inside hotel offers good bar bites and solid breakfast. Rooms were a bit dated and the elevators could definitely use some maintenance, but everything was cleaned with care and we were always comfortable and safe.
