Everything was nice and clean I only stayed for one night after I got my $150 hold 3 days later Sonesta hotel tried to charge my card over 6 times mind you I paid for my room on Priceline paying around $100-$120 in total. Once I got to the hotel to check in I had to put a card on file with a $150 hold, no problem. Stayed on a Friday check out Saturday morning got my refund Sunday morning by Wednesday the hotel tried 3 times charging my card $250 $150 then $100 I reported it to my bank. Parking valet service took our car for a joy ride! We used the valet parking service for our two-night stay. At 7:30 am after our first night, the parking valet called our room, waking us, and stated that our car needed to be moved because it was double-parked with the keys on the dashboard. We had watched our car being driven away by the valet as expected the previous evening and had not requested it to be returned at that time. The car was clearly driven overnight as per the mileage. Excellent location! Just a block from the CFG Arena makes this hotel a great choice for concertgoers. From here it’s also an easy walk to Inner Harbor attractions like Nat’l Aquarium and Little Italy. Tell Tale Restaurant inside hotel offers good bar bites and solid breakfast. Rooms were a bit dated and the elevators could definitely use some maintenance, but everything was cleaned with care and we were always comfortable and safe. It was what I was looking for, a clean environment that was peaceful, located in an area I wouldn’t have problems obtaining my needs. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. There is nothing of disregard that I would like to convey about my stay at the Sonesta Hotel. I had the opportunity to regroup and relax.
