I have coordinated with the Hilton Ocala team on many different events (meetings, parties, etc.) and they always knock it out of the park. From the early stages of booking/planning up until after the event, they make sure they meet every need you may have. Our wedding at the Hilton Ocala was perfect. The venue is gorgeous; there were multiple picturesque backdrops for our outdoor ceremony & plenty of different areas for photos. Our event was April 19-21, 2024. Organizing the event was a breeze due to the help and cooperation we received from Mary, Alice, Jesselyn, and their incredible staff. The rooms were immaculate, and the food was terrific. There wasn't a single complaint from our guests. The banquet and meeting rooms were ready for us, and their staff were a pleasure to work with. Alice and her team were wonderful to work with! My event was a family celebration for 16 people. Alice always got back to me quickly when I had questions, and helped me think out what was needed in the room and how to organize the space and timing. Alice, Jeremy, and Joshua were both friendly and professional. Good food, too. Their organization, responsiveness, and professionalism kept the stress from planning an event low and all the guests enjoyed themselves. Thank you!
