My family and I stopped by during a late night/ early morning road trip back to Florida. The check in process was very smooth, and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was to be expected, cozy, mostly clean except for a few areas in the bathroom, and the water was HOT! The included breakfast was surprisingly very well done. Stayed for a night on a road trip down 95. We are a low maintenance family so our standards are not extreme. But felt compelled to leave a review. Every member of the staff we interacted with was pleasant, sweet, and helpful. The common area was immaculate. All amenities worked and were clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was involved. My family and I drove an extra 25 miles to stay at this location based on the reviews. The hotel was clean, smelled fresh and the beds were literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The only issue we had was the AC unit did not work. We didn't discover this until we were unpacked and in bed. The front desk attendant was very helpful and offered to move us to another room; however, my family was asleep, so we decided to stick it out. What a refreshing place to stay. I have saved this location as one of our favorite stops along I95. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff member and checking in was a breeze. They even had a small hotdog stand and fresh lemonade for the guests along with 24 hot coffee and hot chocolate. The room was spotless and the mattress and pillows reminded me of home, comfortable. We have stayed here a number of times and have always found it ticked all the boxes. This time was a bit different. They have gone cheap on coffee service and no longer provide cream. They blamed the parent company but I think it’s local management as this has not happened anywhere else. They provide the pump concentrates of Carnation fake junk the lobby. I ended up going to a local market and buying milk. I love my morning coffee and this just starts the day off wrong. For 200 a night this is JUST WRONG.
