We recently stayed here for one night while passing through after a trip to Syracuse. We booked it because it was the most affordable reputable “budget” hotel in the area and were incredibly pleased with our stay. The hotel has clearly recently been renovated and was beautiful. We stayed for just one night, but our experience was exceptional. Vickie greeted us with genuine warmth and went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Vicki at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We drove in from out of town and had some bad weather, so we were a bit frazzled when we got there. She made it all so much better. She was so sweet and accomdating. I have stayed at many hotels and have encountered so mamy people, she was by far one of the nicest. I truly appreciate all her help and her efforts, which made our stay even better. Thank you Vicki. And I apologize if it is Vicky, not Vicki. The hotel is smart having you at the front desk. You are a people person.

I’m a travel agent who works specifically with housing groups in hotels, so I’ve experienced my fair share of challenges when dealing with hotel staff, especially at the front desk. With that said, Vickie was absolutely amazing! I have never met someone so willing, happy, and excited to help me, even when the mistake was completely my own. The front desk staff and housekeeping were outstanding. Made our stay very enjoyable. We requested to not be in a room by an elevator and she took care of us. The woman running the front desk on 9/13/25 was more than accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was also a pleasant surprise. Nice and clean and quite a few food choices including hot items. Would definitely stay here again.
