My experience at this hotel has been excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the ambience friendly and warm. I have stayed here twice so far and both times, a lovely woman called Vicki checked me in. She was so kind to me and so sweet to my canine companion, which makes all the difference after a long journey. I highly recommend this hotel, and I commend the company for employing people like Vicki. She is a keeper!

Coming from someone who has to travel on a weekly basis I have not had the greatest experiences with hotels.. But it was a breath of fresh air to have Vicki great me, and check me in. She made me feel like family and made sure all needs were acquired without hesitation . Will definitely be staying at this location again. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work Vicki. Thank you!

So surprised when they offered free shuttle/ travel bus. Super safe & efficient. Vicki is the best ! She was sweet & welcoming, gave compliments, made conversation, definitely boosted our energies. 10/10 stay

We've stayed here several times in the last year and have never had a bad experience. Staff that we encountered were all excellent. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Even the breakfast was very nice with unexpected quality and options. The free 24 hour shuttle to the Turning Stone is the feather in the cap. We're already making plans to return!

VICKI, VICKI, VICKI! She loves her job and she loves her guests. I can’t even explain how amazing she is. She made our stay so beyond memorable. I haven’t had service like this in a really long time. I hugged her because I wanted her to know how much she meant to us. 1 out of 10- because of Vicki it was 100! Room was great, hot tub and pool, great. Highly recommend!!
