Long story short after a cross country journey to move my daughter, we were in a bind as the house she was moving too wasn’t ready. This was on a Friday and we had to wait until Monday and needed help in making alternative plans. Vickie to the rescue! She helped me get organized over the phone. Got us a room and space that was needed and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We had spent the day in and around The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and were making our way toward Niagara Falls. Google sent us through every cornfield in New York State and I wondered if we were lost. When I spotted the Turning Stone Casino I finally figured it out. This hotel is very new, it's clean and very nice overall. The hot tub felt really good after a long day and the pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent! Amazing hotel! Comfort Inns are usually a great experience for me, but this one was above and beyond! Vicky at the front desk was amazing. Thank you so much Vicky, and thank you so much Comfort Inn! You truly saved my life that night—the perfect place to rest my head. Clean rooms, exceptionally caring staff, and chill vibes. Loved it.

I went back and forth on whether to write this review or not, but eventually I decided that I want other people to know my experience with this hotel so something similar does not happen to them. I cannot say anything bad about the front desk or other hotel staff, but the general manager of this hotel (I won’t name names) needs to work on his customer service skills, and may want to consider getting in another line of work. My experience at this hotel has been excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the ambience friendly and warm. I have stayed here twice so far and both times, a lovely woman called Vicki checked me in. She was so kind to me and so sweet to my canine companion, which makes all the difference after a long journey. I highly recommend this hotel, and I commend the company for employing people like Vicki. She is a keeper!
