Service at the front desk was great. However, the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning system was very loud and kept us up all night. The bathroom sink was also filling up. The phone in our room did not work and the closet was locked so we could not hang up our clothes. The shuttle was good that brought us over to the casino and back. For the amount we paid for a one night stay was definitely not worth it. It was very expensive for one night.

If you are in Verona you must, I repeat you must stay at Comfort Inn and Suites!!! Holly, shout out to you, she checked me in, fantastic customer service. I almost didn't stay there because I had bad customer service at another Comfort Inn suite, so I'm glad I didn't let that experience make my decision. Immaculate rooms and excellent customer service. Plus if you are going to the casino they offer door to door service, I didn't cause I was on business but next time, I sure am!!!

I wanted to give a special acknowledgment to both Holly on the evening shift and Earl on the day shift for their hospitality and friendliness shown while working the front desk. Makes such a difference when you truly feel welcomed as a guest as opposed to being seen as an inconvenience…

A little off the beaten path, but close to the Turning Stone Casino and close to many amenities and restaurants. It's off the main road and it's quiet. The rooms are what you would expect. There is no hot tub. They are removing it as of 2026. Some listing still show it as available, but it is in fact getting taken out.

Upon arrival at the Comfort Inn and Suites—Verona, we had been driving/traveling for two days with our 18 month old son. Vicki was the first person we met that evening at check-in. Her customer service goes beyond measure!! She was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. After such a long trip, we were exhausted and her attitude made a huge difference for our family!!
