The front desk staff and housekeeping were outstanding. Made our stay very enjoyable. We requested to not be in a room by an elevator and she took care of us. The woman running the front desk on 9/13/25 was more than accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was also a pleasant surprise. Nice and clean and quite a few food choices including hot items. Would definitely stay here again.

Vicki, the front desk manager, is a perfect example of what great customer service looks like. The 3rd party platform we booked our room through made a mistake and when we showed up to check in Vicki let us know there was no reservation in her system and that they were fully booked but that she was going to get this figured out right away, and that is exactly what she did. Long story short after a cross country journey to move my daughter, we were in a bind as the house she was moving too wasn’t ready. This was on a Friday and we had to wait until Monday and needed help in making alternative plans. Vickie to the rescue! She helped me get organized over the phone. Got us a room and space that was needed and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. Amazing hotel! Comfort Inns are usually a great experience for me, but this one was above and beyond! Vicky at the front desk was amazing. Thank you so much Vicky, and thank you so much Comfort Inn! You truly saved my life that night—the perfect place to rest my head. Clean rooms, exceptionally caring staff, and chill vibes. Loved it.
