Rooms are warm and clean. In addition the Hotel is right across the street from the turning-stone so perfect and they have a shuttle. Best of all Vicky at the front desk is outstanding and saved our trip. Somehow I had a website glitch and it booked me the wrong night. Instead of a hassle she didn’t miss a beat and had the reservation changed with no penalty. Customer service is outstanding I would recommend this hotel on that alone. Vicki at the front desk was extremely helpful! My husband and I were on the thruway in terrible weather, so we decided to stop for the evening. Vicki was able to accommodate us with a room that suited our needs, which I was very thankful for. Breakfast was great, too! I would highly recommend this hospitable hotel!

Front desk was very helpful with our stay. Vicki at the front desk helped with our reservation that got messed up from start to finish. Also was extremely helpful with giving information on turning stone and helping with shuttles. I would come back again because of her kindness.

Room was clean and comfortable. The upfront staff was excellent! They were so helpful and very friendly. Special thanks to Vicki for going the extra mile when we needs some help. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds are hard as a rock, the pillows are terrible they are like air filled you can get comfortable at all. The staff was great and the hotel itself was very nice. I suggest management lay down on a bed and use a pillow to get what I mean. That is the only thing I would change. I bet I didn't get 2 hours of sleep due to the bed and pillows. Update I have stayed there again just brought my own pillows ,much more comfortable and will stay there again. Thank you for responding to my review. Like I said the hotel is very nice... read more
