We recently hosted a wedding party at the Hilton Ocala, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the catering team for this event. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our event unforgettable. We went with the Italian Buffet option, and it was phenomenal. 2nd time using chef Elyssa for catering and both times she did a fantastic job! We have allot of business meetings and luncheons and have used a few other local catering companies and some from even the villages but I can tell you the others did not compare. This week we had a small family reunion party catered and the chef Elyssa did an amazing job once again with the bbq catering dinner buffet package and everyone loved it! Thank you once again!
